International Customers

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the united states may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates/guarantees. Soulysium may require additional information to verify your payment and will contact you directly if this is the case. We appreciate your understanding and quick response so your order is not delayed.

 

Returns

All Soulysium items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time for any reason.

We are committed to making your product right the first time and we love working with customers to make that happen. If you have custom artwork specifications, please place your order and reply to your order confirmation email with your artwork details.

Please note that we do not make color corrections nor do we color match for every order. These services are available for an additional fee upon request. This means that the image you see on your computer may vary from the product that you receive. Color matching fees vary depending on the artwork and start at $25/hr.

Also if you need your items in a time sensitive manner, simply let us know and we will guarantee your expected delivery date.
